At Boujee Babies, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Below is our comprehensive return policy:


Return Eligibility

Full-price merchandise and unless otherwise noted, items can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or in-store credit. Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible:

  • Unused and in original condition.
  • Original tags intact.
  • Original packaging included.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt).

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Items discounted by 25% or greater (e.g., clearance items, grab bags, and any product labeled as "Final Sale").
  • Shoes, jewelry, sunglasses, and headwear for hygienic reasons.
  • Personalized/monogrammed items due to their custom nature.
  • Pre-Order items.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in specific cases:

  • If we shipped the wrong item.
  • If a full-price item being returned for exchange is out of stock.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@boujeebabies.shop.


Exchanges

Exchanges can only be made for size or store credit. For shoes, items must be unworn and in original condition. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.


Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping applies to orders with shipping costs up to $20. For oversized or heavy items (e.g., large toys or furniture), additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Prepaid return shipping labels are not provided. If you require assistance with a return label, an $8 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at info@boujeebabies.shop if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

Please retain all packaging materials, take photos of the damage, and provide as much detail as possible.

We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
