The girls were so incredibly nice! They reached out to me when I was on the hunt for a sold out Beaufort Bonnet pair of shorts. They were so quick to get them shipped out to me and even bundled another item to help me out with shipping cost. I didn’t even notice that I accidentally got charged the shipping twice, but they immediately reached out informing me of the mistake and issued a refund. Most companies would never have done that and never informed me of the charge but they took initiative and took care of it before I could notice. That says so much about their integrity and customer service. I will absolutely be purchasing more from this Boutique and will highly recommend it to my fellow mom friends!
